Manual tap/keyboard counter, undo and session CSV.

Projects stay in this browser. Save a backup before changing devices. Use the export format offered by each tool.
From your inputs to a usable result
01
Name the session and movement
Start a blank project or replace an explicitly fictional example. Enter your own exercise label and optional session date.
02
Count and save each set
Tap the large buttons or focus the keyboard counter. Space and Up add one, Down subtracts one, and Enter saves a set. Held keys do not repeat counts.
03
Review and keep the session
Correct or remove saved sets with Undo available. Export every saved set as CSV or keep a JSON backup that also includes the unlogged count.
Before you start
Where is my project saved?
Projects are saved in this browser for this site account. Download a JSON backup before changing devices or clearing browser storage.
Is an AI account required?
No. The text transformations and inspections run in your browser. The app does not send text to an AI service.
Will my original text be replaced?
The tool keeps the source in the project and shows a separate preview. Export the preview only after checking it.
Does this detect movement or count automatically?
No. You supply every count. This tool does not measure technique, exertion, workload or calories.
What is included in the CSV?
Every saved set, including its label, count, device-recorded UTC time and notes. The current unlogged count is excluded until you save it as a set.
Can I fix a mistake?
Use minus, enter an exact count, or edit a saved set. Undo also restores removed sets. Editing preserves the original recorded time.
What does a backup keep?
The JSON project backup includes session details, all saved sets, the unlogged count, notes and pinned templates. Download it to protect against browser storage cleanup.
How large can a session be?
Up to 500 saved sets and 9,999 reps per set. Each saved set needs at least one rep and a movement label. Examples demonstrate the interface; they are not exercise prescriptions.
Can I resume later?
Reopen the saved project on this browser and account, or restore its JSON backup. Keep backups in a place you trust because they include your supplied material.
